Jade Roller and Gua Sha Facial Massage Kit
This kit is only $10 and comes with a roller, gua sha massage tool, instructions, and a cloth carrying bag. Amazing! I like to put my jade roller in the refrigerator and use it after a night with one too many drinks. $10 on Amazon.
Wine Pairing: My favorite wine is a refreshing, crisp varietal from Dry Creek Vineyards in Northern California. It’s their famous Dry Chenin Blanc at just $12-15 a bottle.
Music Pairing: I’m really into listening to Native American chants lately. I listen while I do yoga, take baths, and #WFH. Some are soothing, some are energizing: They are all spiritually grounding and beautiful.
